We ship all packages within Germany with DHL. Letters and small packages abroad are sent with Deutsche Post. For express shipments abroad, we also work together with UPS and DPD.


If you're happy, then we are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your PureBee purchase, then let us know and please contact us by email at and we will try everything to make you happy! We are always happy about feedback - the good, the neutral and especially the bad feedback (which hopefully won't happen) are welcome - we are always looking for ways to improve and to find solutions when something does go wrong.

If you have already opened our products and are not happy with a product, then contact us at and briefly describe why you are not happy! We reserve the right to ask a few more questions. You can return unopened products at any time within 14 days and we will find a solution for already opened products that you are not satisfied with!

We try to send your orders as quickly as possible, in some cases the packages are packed just a few minutes after the order has been received. However, this also means that we cannot make any changes once the order has been packed. Therefore, please check your data and items carefully before you send off the order.


If your product is defective or damaged and you need an exchange, please contact us at . We will then be happy to find a free solution to the problem. As all of our products are handmade with natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in colour, smell or consistency. We produce in small batches and each batch is unique - the slight fluctuations between the different batches are not defects but rather a sign of our very high product quality. If you send a return for defective/damaged items yourself without prior agreement, you will unfortunately have to bear the return costs yourself.

In the rare event that we made a mistake sending your order or you received the wrong product, contact us at and we will of course send you the correct products.


For insured shipping and packaging, we charge a flat rate of €4.90 to Germany. For small items up to 50g we offer uninsured postage for €2.99, so you can order up to 4 lip balms, for example. Unfortunately, our mini jars are too high and too heavy for this type of shipping and have to be sent by parcel. For orders over 39€ we offer free and insured standard shipping to Germany.

From an order value of 99€ we deliver free of charge to the countries of the EU and Switzerland. From an order value of 59€ we deliver free of charge to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Note: For deliveries to Switzerland, the Swiss authorities may levy additional customs duties and Swiss VAT. For more detailed information on this, please contact Swiss customs. The same applies to all shipments outside the EU.

The shipping costs for other countries are calculated depending on the size and weight of the order and are displayed before the order is completed.

Our bees work hard to make sure all your favorite products are always in stock. In the event that a product that you have ordered is no longer in stock and could not be delivered in a reasonable time, we will send you the remainder of your shipment and inform you that one of your products was not available. We will then deliver the missing product to you as soon as possible.
