PureBee Return and Recycle

NOT ONLY HELP YOUR SKIN BUT ALSO THE ENVIRONMENT!

We only use natural raw materials for all our PureBee products - we therefore do without artificial colors and fragrances, as well as mineral oil, microplastics, artificial preservatives or synthetic additives that may provide short-term effects but cause lasting damage to your skin. Where cheap fillers are often used, we rely on high-dose active ingredients. We carefully craft our products by hand. And preferably pack them in uncoated paper or glass wherever possible.

Even if glass is not always possible for safety reasons and we cannot save the world in one day, we do our best. For example, by taking back bottles and jars, which we can either use again or professionally recycle.

We prefer to use natural paper or glass to “package” our handmade products.

Where it makes sense to us, e.g. due to the risk of breakage, also PET containers. After one use, these are too good to throw away - so you can collect them and send them back free of charge.

How it works:

Our program works as simply as possible in 3 simple steps.

Please note: you will only receive vouchers for as many product packagings that you have bought under your name in our online shop.

HOW IT WORKS IN DETAIL:

  1. Do you have at least ten empty PureBee vessels?
  2. Fill out contact details and number of bottles/jars in the contact form. Send. Complete.
  3. We will send you a return label for free return
  4. Print out the label, pack the containers and send them back to us
  5. As soon as the vessels arrive, you will receive a voucher code worth EUR 5.00 by email (for 10 vessels, each additional vessel an additional EUR 0.50). You can redeem this immediately in our online shop.
  6. Your returned vessels will be carefully cleaned and reused, provided they meet our quality and hygiene regulations.
