FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
HOW CAN I SEE MY ACCOUNT POINTS?
If you are on our homepage you will see a small gift icon on the bottom left. If you click on this, the PureBeeClub window will open. If you are already a member of the PureBeeClub, then click on "Already have an account? Log in." Here you can log into your account with your email address and password (if you have forgotten your password, you can click on forgot password and you will receive an email to reset your password).
After you have logged in, click again on the small gift icon at the bottom left and you can see your score. You will also see 4 tabs there: Collect bee points (here you will see some options for collecting more points), Redeem bee points (here you can redeem the points you have already collected for discount codes), discount codes (here you will find discount codes you have already created) and Rules (here are all rules again as an overview).
If you create a discount code in the "Redeem bee points" tab, the bee points used will be deducted from your account. You can then simply enter this discount code in the shopping cart with your next order and the discount will then be deducted from you.
